Your responsibilities

Your work ensures reliable processes behind the scenes. In this role, you support our production team and help ensure on-time delivery to our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Enter customer orders and maintain the related data

Issue invoices and prepare shipping documents

Organize shipments via parcel services and freight forwarders

Order raw materials and purchased parts

Monitor delivery dates and follow up with suppliers

Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal contacts

Communicate in German and English with international business partners

What you bring

Commercial training or practical experience in order processing

Strong organizational skills and a careful, independent working style

Confident use of computers and standard office applications

Good written and spoken English skills

Clear communication and a reliable, cooperative approach

Experience with ERP systems and domestic or international shipping is an advantage.
