Our group structure
The diverse portfolio of the Agergaard Group encompasses three leading brands— AGSflexo, AkeBoose, and EKS by AkeBoose— each contributing unique expertise to support our clients’ needs across various industries.
Our production site and headquarters are in Germany, from where we serve printers, partners and OEM on a global scale.
In North America, the sale and service of our entire product range is exclusively conducted through Agergaard North America, Inc. (dba Agergaard NA, Inc.).

The production of consumables for the printing industry is now operated under the new company name Agergaard Graphic Supplies GmbH
Integration of AkeBoose
Acquisition of the Swedish chamber doctor blade system manufacturer AkeBoose and continuation of their activities under the new legal name AkeBoose GmbH
Establishment of the company group structure
